Operated by GullG Technologies
Effective Date: October 31, 2026

1. Introduction

GullG Technologies ("we", "our", or "us") operates GT° SocialHub, a social media management platform that enables individuals, businesses, agencies and teams to connect social media accounts, manage content, schedule publications and manage their social media activities from a centralized workspace.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information and social platform data entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, when it may be shared and how you can request its deletion.

By using GT° SocialHub, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:

A. Account and Workspace Information

  • Name and email address.
  • Login credentials in protected form (salted Argon2id hashes).
  • Workspace name and configuration.
  • User roles, permissions and team membership.
  • Account preferences and settings.

B. Connected Social Media Information

When you authorize a social media platform, we may receive and process:

  • Social platform account IDs.
  • Account usernames and display names.
  • Profile images and account information.
  • Authorized access tokens and related authorization information.
  • Granted permissions and connection status.
  • Page or business account information where applicable.
Access tokens are stored using authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption mechanisms designed to protect them from unauthorized access.

C. Content and Publishing Information

Depending on your use of SocialHub:

  • Post captions and descriptions.
  • Uploaded images and videos.
  • Hashtags and scheduling information.
  • Publishing status and error information.
  • Social account selections.
  • Publishing history and related records.

D. Technical and Usage Information

We may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as:

  • IP addresses and browser information.
  • Device and session information.
  • Login activity and timestamps.
  • Application logs and error records.
  • Security and audit events.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage SocialHub accounts and workspaces.
  • Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions.
  • Connect authorized social media accounts.
  • Publish content when instructed by authorized users.
  • Manage scheduled posts and publishing workflows.
  • Display account and publishing information.
  • Maintain workspace permissions and administrative controls.
  • Provide customer support.
  • Detect unauthorized access, abuse and security incidents.
  • Improve platform reliability and performance.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations.
Publishing Safeguard: We do not publish content to a connected social media account without an authorized user action or an enabled scheduling instruction.

4. Social Media Platform Connections

GT° SocialHub integrates with third-party social platforms, which may include Meta services such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as other supported platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter / X, TikTok, YouTube).

When you connect an account:
  • You are redirected to the relevant platform's authorization process.
  • You review and approve the requested permissions.
  • The platform provides authorization information to SocialHub.
  • SocialHub uses the granted permissions to provide the requested features.

We do not request your Facebook or Instagram password.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. You may revoke permissions through the relevant platform's settings. Revoking access may prevent associated SocialHub features from working. Disconnecting a social account and deleting a SocialHub workspace are separate actions.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared only when necessary to operate the service, fulfill an authorized request, maintain security or comply with legal requirements.

Relevant recipients may include:
  • Social media platforms with which you choose to connect.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers.
  • Database and technical service providers.
  • Authorized service providers supporting platform operations.
  • Government or regulatory authorities where legally required.

Third-party platforms process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not authorize service providers to use SocialHub information for unrelated purposes.

6. Data Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Encrypted storage of social authorization tokens (AES-256-GCM).
Authentication and access controls (Argon2id + TOTP Two-Factor Auth).
Workspace-level data separation & strict tenant isolation.
Role-based permissions engine with explicit deny rules.
Secure application sessions with cryptographically random tokens.
Real-time security monitoring and immutable audit records.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their login credentials and notify us if they suspect unauthorized account access.

7. Data Retention & Backup Disclosures

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain system security, fulfill contractual commitments or satisfy applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements.

  • Active account and workspace duration: Retained while workspaces remain active.
  • Disconnected social authorization tokens: Purged from active database records immediately upon disconnection.
  • Immutable security audit logs: Retained in accordance with statutory cybersecurity and fraud prevention obligations.
  • Disaster recovery backups: Hosting infrastructure snapshots overwrite and expire according to standard infrastructure lifecycle schedules. Once active records are deleted, backup copies are not restored to production systems and are permanently overwritten as routine operational backup cycles elapse.

We do not claim an automated immediate purge of historical disaster recovery snapshots; active databases are sanitized immediately, while infrastructure backup snapshots overwrite in due course.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to the data protection laws applicable to your jurisdiction (such as GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California, or other applicable state/national privacy statutes), you may request to:

  • Access personal information associated with your account.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your account or workspace information (Right to Erasure).
  • Disconnect authorized social media accounts.
  • Withdraw permissions previously granted.
  • Request information about how your data is processed.

Requests are reviewed and processed without undue delay and within statutory timeframes applicable to your jurisdiction (for example, within one calendar month where GDPR or UK DPA applies, or within 45 days where CCPA applies, subject to lawful extensions permitted for complex requests).

9. International Data Processing

GT° SocialHub may use hosting, infrastructure and third-party services operating in different jurisdictions. Where information is transferred internationally, we will take steps required by applicable privacy and data protection laws.

10. Children's Privacy

GT° SocialHub is intended for business users and individuals legally able to enter into agreements for the use of the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
