1. Your Right to Request Data Deletion
GullG Technologies respects your right to request deletion of personal information and social platform data associated with your GT° SocialHub account.
You may request deletion whether you are an individual user, workspace owner or authorized representative of a business.
2. How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion using our interactive submission form below or by contacting us directly by email.
Interactive Data Deletion Request Form
Complete your request below. Authentication will be confirmed upon submission.
If you prefer to submit via email or cannot access your account, send an email to:
- Your registered SocialHub email address.
- Your name or workspace name.
- The social media platform involved, if applicable.
- Whether you want to delete a connected social account, your SocialHub account or your entire workspace.
- Any additional information reasonably needed to identify the relevant records.
3. Types of Deletion Requests
A. Disconnect a Social Media Account
You may request removal of a connected Facebook, Instagram or other supported social account from your SocialHub workspace.
When disconnected, stored OAuth access and refresh tokens are permanently purged from SocialHub database records to prevent further API access. Where supported by the platform (e.g. Meta Graph API), external authorization revocation is requested automatically.
B. Delete Your SocialHub User Account
You may request deletion of your user account and associated personal information.
Depending on your role and workspace structure, we may need to coordinate with the workspace owner before deleting shared business records.
C. Delete an Entire Workspace
Workspace owners may request deletion of their workspace and associated information, including:
- Workspace settings.
- Connected social account records.
- Stored authorization tokens.
- Scheduled and published content records.
- Uploaded media associated with the workspace.
- Workspace user memberships and configuration.
- Other information associated with that workspace, subject to legal retention requirements.
D. Meta Platform Data Deletion
If your information was obtained through Facebook or Instagram authorization, you may also request deletion of the relevant information held by GT° SocialHub.
You may revoke the application's authorization through the relevant Meta account settings. Revoking authorization and deleting SocialHub data are separate processes. We recommend submitting a deletion request to us as well.
4. Verification of Requests
For security, we may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority over the account or workspace.
Verification information will be used only to process and protect the deletion request. We will not ask you to disclose your social media password or access token.
5. Processing and Completion
After receiving a valid request:
We aim to process verified requests without undue delay in accordance with statutory timeframes applicable to your jurisdiction (e.g., within one calendar month where GDPR / UK DPA applies, or within 45 days where CCPA applies). Complex requests may be subject to lawful statutory extensions. Some transaction and audit records may need to be retained temporarily for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or security logging obligations.
6. Disconnection vs. Revocation vs. Content Deletion
To maintain transparency, please understand how third-party social integrations function across three distinct layers:
Stored OAuth access and refresh tokens are wiped from our active databases, severing SocialHub’s ability to access your account or publish content.
Where supported (e.g. Meta Graph API, Google OAuth), our server requests the external provider revoke the granted permissions. You may also revoke access directly in Meta/Google account settings.
SocialHub cannot delete media or posts previously published to external platforms. Those posts reside on Facebook or Instagram and must be deleted natively by the account manager.
Logging out of GT° SocialHub does not itself disconnect a social media account or delete its authorization record. A separate disconnection or deletion request is required.
7. Contact Information
For all deletion and privacy requests:
We will handle requests in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
